Laura firmly believes that while certain symptoms may seem ordinary because they are widely accepted, they are not normal. Symptoms such as fatigue, bloating, sleepless nights, irregular cycles, mood swings, weight gain, fertility struggles and more are so widely accepted (and engrained in mommy culture), that women live with them and ultimately become held back from living their life to its greatest potential. She also believes that the body has an ability to heal itself when given the right tools. Food, though often perceived as a neutral element and having minimal influence on health, is the very foundation for cellular nourishment and the essential information guiding the body's function. Her passion lies in empowering women and mothers to harness the potential of nutrition and lifestyle adjustments, enabling them to not only feel their best today but also to sustain a healthy way of living for the long haul.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist, Laura takes a functional, root-cause approach to determine why the body is presenting symptoms and where it needs support to be able to shift itself into balance. She uses individually tailored food, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations to help women overcome digestive and hormone challenges so they can feel their best, be fully present in life, and pursue their passions and goals.

Laura's personal path is a testament to this truth. In her early 20s, she grappled with debilitating symptoms, from hair loss to profound exhaustion, persistent acne, and pervasive inflammation. After being bounced from doctor to doctor, she was never given any answers. Later, Laura embarked on the journey to motherhood with three very challenging pregnancies, postpartum struggles, thyroid imbalances, digestive disturbances, and an autoimmune condition. As a multi-passionate mom of 3, Laura understands the profound impact of her lifestyle and dietary choices on her well-being and ability to be present with her children, chase goals, and live a vibrant life. She wants to help other women get rid of common symptoms and optimize their health, because she believes that mamas who can tap into their full potential will absolutely change the world.
