Sarah Merchant M.Ed. Is a Preschool Teacher, Full Spectrum Doula, Childbirth Educator and Mindfulness Instructor located in the Evergreen/Conifer community. She uses her experience in the classroom and the birthing room to support families in their journey through birth and parenthood. 

Sarah is currently offering Mindful Childbirth Education Classes, mindfulness groups for parents, as well as, nature based education for young children. In all of her work with families, she uses mindfulness practices to help parents stay grounded and present with their children.
