Hello everyone, my name is Cody. I am a Colorado native and I love raising my two boys in our wonderful mountain community.

My journey into acupuncture began through experiences of loss and grief that showed me how deeply connected the nervous system is to our overall health and well-being. When I became a parent, I saw how much children are affected by the world around them at such a young age and how important it is to support and regulate the nervous system early in life. Wanting to care for my children as naturally and gently as possible ultimately led me to pursue acupuncture and holistic health.

With my background in holistic health and integrative medicine, I earned my Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine in August 2025 and completed additional training in Hari Japanese Meridian Therapy.

Hari Japanese Meridian therapy is a gentle, refined approach to healing that focuses on deeply listening to the body. Hari sees the body as a whole, seeking to restore balance to the entire system. Hari, though gentle is deeply nourishing and highly effective form of healing that is especially well suited for children.

I love working with children and creating a calm, comfortable environment where they feel safe, supported, and cared for. My approach focuses on regulating and supporting the nervous system by bringing  the body back into balance through gentle techniques  designed to meet each child where they are. Treatments may help support stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, and behavioral concerns, as well as sleep concerns, digestion, growing pains and overall well-being.

I believe children respond best to care that is compassionate, patient, and individualized. My goal is to help families feel supported while giving children a positive and nurturing experience with acupuncture and holistic care. I am truly honored to serve and support the families in our Colorado community and grateful to be part of your wellness journey.
